Agreement
By using the Cash & Go website, you agree to these terms. We are a locally owned business in Crossville, TN, selling secondhand and thrift items.
Condition of Items ("As-Is")
All items are sold AS-IS.
- We make every effort to describe items accurately and provide photos.
- Items are secondhand and may show normal signs of wear, aging, or use.
- It is your responsibility to review photos and descriptions before purchasing.
Fulfillment & Pickup
Local Pickup (Default)
- All items listed on the website are for Local Pickup Only at our store in Crossville, TN.
- Please bring your order confirmation number when picking up.
- We hold items for 7 days after purchase. Items not picked up within 7 days may be restocked and the sale cancelled without notice. No refund will be issued after this period.
Shipping (By Request Only)
We generally do not ship items. However, we may accommodate shipping requests on a case-by-case basis if you contact us prior to purchase. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Payment
We use Square to process payments securely. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Please review our full Refund Policy for details on the limited exceptions for store errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cash & Go shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
