Products and Purchases
All items sold through Cash & Go are secondhand/thrift items unless otherwise noted. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph items, but please note:
- Items may show signs of wear consistent with their age and prior use
- Colors may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting and screen settings
- All sales are subject to availability
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to limit quantities
Payment
We accept payment through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All payments are processed securely—we never store your full card details.
Local Pickup
For local pickup orders:
- Items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase
- Please bring a valid ID and order confirmation
- Pickup is available during regular store hours
- Items not picked up within 7 days may be refunded and restocked

Shipping
For shipped orders:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
- Shipping times vary based on selected method and destination
- Some items are local pickup only due to size or fragility
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
Intellectual Property
The Cash & Go website, including its design, logos, text, and images, is owned by Cash & Go and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cash & Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item(s) in question.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cumberland County, Tennessee.
