Refund Policy

⚠️ Policy Summary

  • All Sales Final: No returns or exchanges.
  • As-Is Condition: All items are sold as secondhand/used.
  • Local Pickup: Please inspect your items thoroughly before leaving the store.

All Sales Are Final

At Cash & Go, we sell secondhand, thrift, and pre-owned items. Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind," fit issues, or minor imperfections consistent with used goods.

Local Pickup & Inspection

Since our primary method of fulfillment is Local Pickup, we ask that you:

  1. Inspect your item when you pick it up at the counter.
  2. Verify that it matches the description and meets your expectations before you leave the premises.

Once you leave the store premises with your item, the sale is final and no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions (Store Errors)

We are a small family business and we want to do the right thing. We will only issue a refund in the following specific instances:

  • Fulfillment Error: We handed you the wrong item at pickup.
  • Missing Inventory: The item you purchased online was sold in-store before we could update the website (we will refund you immediately).
  • Gross Misrepresentation: The item has a major functionality defect that was not disclosed in the listing (e.g., a device listed as "working" that does not turn on). This must be identified during pickup.

Special Shipping Orders

For the rare instances where we have agreed to ship an item (arranged on a case-by-case basis):

  • If an item is damaged during transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged box and item.
  • We will handle these situations personally to ensure a fair resolution.
