General Policy
At Cash & Go, we sell secondhand and thrift items. Due to the unique nature of our inventory, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores. We strive to accurately describe and photograph all items, but please understand that pre-owned items may have minor imperfections.
In-Store Purchases
All in-store sales are final. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect items before purchasing. Our staff is happy to answer questions and help you examine items.
Online Purchases (Shipped Orders)
For items purchased online and shipped to you:
Eligible for Refund:
- Item significantly not as described: If the item differs materially from the listing description or photos
- Damaged during shipping: If the item arrives broken or damaged due to shipping
- Wrong item sent: If you receive a different item than what you ordered
NOT Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Item doesn't fit (for clothing)
- Minor wear consistent with secondhand items
- Color appears different due to screen/lighting variations
- Items marked "as-is" or "for parts"
Local Pickup Orders
For orders placed online with local pickup:
- Please inspect your item(s) before leaving the store.Once you leave with your purchase, no returns will be accepted.
- If an item is not as described online, you may refuse the item at pickup for a full refund.
- Unclaimed orders after 7 days will be automatically refunded and restocked.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you're eligible for a refund:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at contact@cashandgo.example.com
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- Attach photos clearly showing the problem
- Wait for our response β we'll review your request within 2 business days
Refund Process
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund
- For damaged items, we may ask you to return the item or provide additional documentation
- Return shipping costs for eligible refunds will be reimbursed
Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, we generally cannot offer exchanges. If an item is eligible for a refund, you're welcome to place a new order for a different item.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your item arrives damaged:
- Document the damage immediately β take photos of the packaging and item before discarding anything
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved
- We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and process your refund
