We are a local family business, not a data company. We only collect the absolute minimum information needed to process your payment and let you pick up your items. We never sell your data.
Information We Collect
We do not ask you to create an account to shop with us. We operate as a "Guest Checkout" only service.
When you purchase an item:
- Name and Email (so we can send your receipt and pickup confirmation)
- Payment Details (Processed securely by Square - we never see or store your credit card number)
Automatically collected:
- Your theme preference (Light/Dark mode)
- Items temporarily stored in your local shopping cart
- Basic device info for security and rate-limiting (to prevent spam on our contact forms)
Third-Party Services
We rely on a few trusted providers to run our website:
- Square: Used for all payment processing. Their privacy policy governs how your credit card data is handled.
- Supabase: Used to host our inventory database securely.
Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics. We only store small pieces of data on your device ("Local Storage") to make the site work:
- Remembering what is in your cart
- Remembering your light/dark mode preference
Your Data
We keep records of sold items for tax and accounting purposes. We do not use your email for marketing unless you explicitly ask us to.
If you have sent us a message or an email and would like us to delete that correspondence, simply email us at cashngostore@gmail.com and we will remove it.
